I chose "Burdock" to eat burdock three times:
The first bite: the soft and tender fillet of fried burdock rings paired with the crispy burdock brings out a new texture. The second bite: the pickled burdock strips paired with the steak, bringing a new experience to the taste buds. The third bite: red wine burdock juice from the complicated stock. Add burdock and cook for nearly 10 hours.
The combination of sauce and steak is guaranteed to leave you wanting more~
